Whistleblowing Channel

FGI Capital is dedicated to adhering to Law 93/2021 from December 20, as well as Directive (EU) 2019/1937. To this end, we have established a whistleblowing channel designed to maintain the confidentiality of your data and provide timely updates on your reports. Our channel enables you to specify the nature of the breach you are reporting and, if necessary, attach supporting documentation.
 
All reports are handled and investigated in accordance with FGI's processes. All information provided, including the identity of the reporter and any ensuing internal investigation, is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable laws.
 
Please only report concerns that you believe to be true to the best of your knowledge. Reports made in good faith and to the best of your knowledge will not result in any negative action by the company, and you will be protected against retaliation.
