Alternative Dispute Resolution Mecanism

In accordance with the Protocol signed with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on June 2, 2025, FGIPT – Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A. has voluntarily adhered to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanism.

This mechanism aims to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes between investors and entities under CMVM supervision, offering a faster, more accessible, and transparent alternative to traditional judicial proceedings.

The ADR mechanism is available exclusively to non-professional investors, as defined in the applicable legislation and regulations, enabling them to access fair dispute resolutions with less complexity and lower costs.
