Alternative Dispute Resolution Mecanism
In accordance with the Protocol signed with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on June 2, 2025, FGIPT Capital - SCR, S.A. has voluntarily adhered to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanism.
This Protocol applies to the resolution of conflicts using ADR mechanisms, whenever the dispute in question concerns the management of collective investment undertakings or additional and ancillary activities for which the signatory institutions are authorized, and the amount in dispute does not exceed €30,000 (thirty thousand euros).
This mechanism aims to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes between investors and entities under CMVM supervision, offering a faster, more accessible, and transparent alternative to traditional judicial means.
FGIPT Capital – SCR, S.A. will use the consumer arbitration network, consisting of Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers, pursuant to Article 4.2 of Law No. 2 144/2015, of September 8, which together cover the entire national territory. This network consists of the following entities:
